The Role's Responsibilities 

We're hiring for a Technical Solutions Engineer, but what actually is that? The role is split into three categories: internal software development, client facing engineering services, and providing support to our Account Management and fulfillment teams.
This role is for engineers that are true entrepreneurs and take on the role of developer, consultant, and platform specialist. Excellent communication skills are a must along with the perseverance to solve problems that may not have obvious solutions. You may need to "Think out of the box" or "hack around" a problem to solve it. We like that!

Qualifications

- Mid level full stack web development experience

- Hybrid mobile app or native iOS/Android development experience/familiarity

- Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases

- Experience deploying to Cloud Platforms (GCP, AWS, etc.)

- Expert knowledge of DOM and browser based network debugging

- Able to speak confidently about solutions to peers and other engineers

- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical people

- Exceptional leadership, project management, analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to prioritize a number of projects and collaborate across technical teams of different disciplines

마이티하이브는 Technical Solution Engineer (SE)를 채용하고 있는 중입니다. Technical SE의E &Lead SE 역할은 크게 세 가지로 구성됩니다: 내부소프트웨어 개발 업무, 고객대면 기술서비스 업무, 그리고 자체 AM 지원 업무입니다. 진정한 사업가이면서도 개발자, 컨설턴트, 플렛폼 전문가의 역할을 수행하는 보직으로, 당면한 문제에 대해 곧바로 해결책이 찾아지지 않더라도 틀 밖에서 생각해보고 이리저리 파해쳐 볼 수 있는 끈기와 함께 뛰어난 소통 능력도 필수로 갖추어야 하는 자리입니다. 저희는 그러한 자질을 높이 삽니다.

이 보직에서는 다음과 같은 업무를 수행하게 됩니다: 

- 광고 및 분석 플랫폼을 더한 AM팀의 역량 강화를 위한 혁신적인 도구 개발

- 자체적으로 개발한 도구에 대해 (외국에 상주하는) 타 지사의 기술자 및 AM을 대상으로 기술 관련 문서 작성과 교육 진행

- 데이터 통합, 플랫폼 이동, 업무 흐름 및 절차상의 자동화, 태그 검수와 배포, 시각화 및 클라우드 아키텍처 컨설팅 범위와 관련된 기술적인 서비스 제공하기

- 복잡한 플랫폼과 구축 이슈에 대한 기술적인 가이드 제공하기

Qualifications (자격 요건)

- 중간급 풀스택 웹개발 작업경험

- Hybrid 모바일 앱 또는 Native iOS/Android 개발 작업 경험 혹은 경력

- relational and non-relational databases 현업 지식

- 클라우드 플랫폼 활용 경험 (GCP, AWS, etc.)

- DOM 과 browser based network debugging 관련 전문적 지식

- 동료 및 다른 엔지니어들에게 솔루션에 대해 자신있게 설명할 수 있는 능력

- 기술적인 개념을 기술적 지식이 없는 일반인에게 해석해서 전달하는 능력

- 뛰어난 인솔능력, 과제 관리능력, 분석적 문제에 대한 해결능력 및 기술적 장애에 대한 해결 능력

- 서로 다른 체제에 익숙한 기술팀과의 상호 협업 능력 및 다양한 프로젝트 간 우선 순위를 분간하는 능력

3. 세부내용 

- 신입 3300만원. 협상가능

- 3년 이상 경력 최소 3800만원. 협상가능 

- 석사이상 데이터 엔지니어링전문가, 데이터 사이언스 전공자, GCP 자격증 보유 경우는 경력에 따라 연봉 협상 가능
